What are my payment options? For your convenience, Pots.Pans 'N Such accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept checks.

Do I have to pay taxes?  We only collect sales tax on items that are sold in the state of Nevada which is 8.1%.

How long does it take to receive my product?  All shipments go UPS and are guaranteed to ship within 3 to 10 business days.

Is there a shipping fee?  Yes, it will depend on the weight of the product you order.

What kind of warranties do my products have?  All Stainless Steel, regular or non-stick and Cast Ironware have a 25 Year Limited Warranty.  Pot Racks have a 5 Year Limited Warranty.  Electric Fry Pan and Glasslock products have a 1 Year Limited Warranty. 90 Day Warranty on Go Green Basic and Premium.
