Banana Flambe
4 bananas
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 TBL Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Allspice
3 TBL orange brandy or Grand Marnier
2 TBL pecan halves
1. Place brown sugar, cinnamon, and allspice in a skillet. Heat the mixture over the grill or stovetop on medium heat, until boiling, stirring well.
2. Peel the bananas, slicing into quarters, slicing lengthwise. Add to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add pecans.
3. Pour liquor into a cup and add to the skillet. When the mixture starts to sizzle flambe using a long match.
Serve warm with vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream.
